A private move starts at CHF 490 for a studio. The exact fixed price depends on home size, distance, floor and additional services. After a free viewing, you receive a binding price.

Process & planning
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 4–8 weeks in advance, in peak season (March–September) even earlier.
How does a move work with you?
After a free viewing, you receive a fixed-price offer. On moving day, we carefully move your household. On request, we also handle packing and final cleaning.
Do you arrange the no-parking zone?
Yes, on request we apply for a no-parking zone to reserve a space in front of the house on moving day.
Insurance & safety
Are my belongings insured?
Yes, your belongings are insured with us up to CHF 100,000. Higher coverage is possible on request.
Do you work with subcontractors?
No. We work exclusively with our own permanently employed and trained staff.
Notice & dates
When do I have to give notice on my apartment?
As a rule, three months before the customary termination date. Many leases provide end of March, June or September. Give notice on time by registered mail.
When is the cheapest time to move?
Moves on weekdays, outside month-ends and in winter (November–February) are usually cheapest.

Do you also offer cleaning?
Yes, we offer cleaning with handover guarantee. Move and cleaning from a single source saves time and money.
Do you carry out clearances?
Yes, we carry out clearances, vacating and disposal – professional and at a fixed price.
Which regions do you operate in?
We operate throughout Switzerland – from Zurich to Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lugano and eastern Switzerland.
Do you provide moving boxes and packing material?
Yes. On request we deliver moving boxes, packing material, bubble wrap and wardrobe boxes. You can rent or buy the material – we advise you on the right quantity.
Do you handle packing and unpacking?
Yes. On request, our packing service handles all packing in the old apartment and unpacking in the new one. This saves you a lot of time.
How do you transport fragile items?
Delicate items such as dishes, glass, mirrors and art are professionally packed with special material. On request we handle all packing with particular care.
Can you transport a piano or grand piano?
Yes. For pianos and grand pianos we have special experience and equipment. The surcharge is around CHF 250 for a piano, CHF 550 for a grand piano.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Our furniture assembly service handles dismantling at the origin and reassembly at the destination – including wardrobes, beds and on request kitchens.
How long does an average move take?
A move of a 2- to 3-room apartment usually takes half a day to a full day. Larger apartments or high floors without a lift require more time. With the fixed price, you bear no time risk.
Do you also move on weekends or evenings?
Yes. On request we carry out moves on Saturdays, Sundays or evenings – especially practical for company moves with minimal downtime.
Do you also offer storage?
Yes. If you temporarily need space, we store your furniture safely and flexibly – with pickup and return on request.
Do you also move abroad?
Yes. We organise international moves and moves to European countries including customs clearance. Details on our international and European move pages.
What happens in case of damage?
Your belongings are covered by our liability and transport insurance up to CHF 100'000. In the rare event of damage, report it to us immediately – we handle the processing.
How do I get a quote?
The quote is free and without obligation. You receive it within 24 hours – after an on-site inspection, online or based on your photos via WhatsApp.
How can I pay?
You can conveniently pay by invoice, TWINT or cash. The payment terms are transparently stated in the quote.
Do I have to be present during the move?
Ideally a contact person is on site. After arrangement and key handover, we can however carry out certain jobs such as clearances without your presence.
Do you clean with handover guarantee?
Yes. Our move-out cleaning comes with a handover guarantee: if the cleaning is contested at handover, we re-clean free of charge.
